Student Ad Summit

The Student Ad Summit (SAS) is an event for young professionals hosted by Ad2 Minnesota. I was on the SAS board for six months as a Social Media Specialist, creating compelling content that created awareness and excitement for the mid-February event.

During my time on the board, I collaborated with the Creative Board Members to ensure all the content resonated with our theme, “No Pressure, Just Passion.” One of my primary responsibilities for this volunteer position was to run the SAS Instagram account, where I connected with our attendees, sponsors, Ad2 members, SAS members, and others to introduce this exciting event. I also worked closely with the Creative team to develop the SAS Instagram page. On this page, you will see examples of the copy I created for the social posts.

This experience was enriching. The event was rewarding in all ways, as we put so much time and effort into making it an event where young professionals and students could let down their guards and find their passion.
